TERMS OF RETURN

Our company protects the consumer rights and gives top priority to post-sales customer satisfaction. Any manufactural or service originating trouble or dissatisfaction that you face after purchasing the product is evaluated fussily and come up with a solution within the shortest time. You shall find the terms of return below which are required for enabling us to render faster and better service about the return of a product. In case of a lack in any of these, the return of product is not accepted.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ARETURN

a- Return of used or damaged products is not accepted.

b- The product that will be returned is required to have delivered undamaged and complete within 2 days providing the same conditions of purchasing, haven’t taken the label off and along with the standard accessories.
 
2. INVOICE OF THE PRODUCT THAT WILL BE RETURNED

a- The invoice of the product should be sent for return.

b- If the invoice of the product that will be returned has been billed in the name of the company, it is required to have sent with this invoice while returning. It is essential to bill a return invoice.
 
ABOUT OTHER TERMS AND SHIPMENT FEE OF RETURN
a- If the product/ products that you desire to return is/ are defective, shipment fee is covered by our company in case of sent through Yurtiçi Kargo.

b- Refund of the products that are suitably delivered to our Quality Assurance department is put into operation in the same day with the delivery of product to us. The transfer time of the refund to your account is under the initiative of your bank. Generally, the refunds to credit card are transferred to accounts within 1-5 days.

c- You can send the products that will be free of charge through Yurtiçi Kargo. 

DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT THAT WILL BE RETURNED
The product that will be returned can only be received by Yurtiçi Kargo. The refund and shipping fee of the products that sent through another courier company will not be paid.

General Terms of Return are as follows;
– Returns must be delivered with the original package and box absolutely.
– Return of the products that have deformed box/ package (such as carton sealing taped and labeled original packages), lost its salability outlook and resalable condition to another customer are not accepted.
– A petition including the cause of return and original invoice along with all copies is needed to submit.
– If the product/ products that you desire to return is/ are defective, shipment fee is covered by our company. Nevertheless, you must send the product through contractual couriers. In other cases, the shipment fee belongs to you.

CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER

Dear all customers, you can cancel the false given or waived orders of yours. Emails are checked late sometimes due to intense work pressure. Thus, the having couriered possibility of the product is come to exist. At the cancellation processes; if your product wasn’t couriered yet, then you are paid all of your money through the same way you had purchased. Otherwise, namely if your product has already couriered, the shipment fee is subtracted from the total money and the rest is paid.
